Draft, pending legal review. This policy describes how AIStudio works today. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet and isn't legal advice; it may change before launch.
Our rules for users
- Only upload images, scripts or other material you own or have permission to use. Every reference image upload requires you to confirm this.
- Don't use AIStudio to copy or impersonate a real person.
- We may remove infringing content and close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.
How to send a notice
Email info@ahl-techs.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
- where the infringing material is (a link or a clear description), so we can find it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review every complete notice, remove or disable the material where appropriate, and tell the user who posted it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to info@ahl-techs.com. Include your name, address, phone number and email; what was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court; and your signature. We'll forward it to the person who sent the original notice.
Misuse
Sending a notice or counter-notice that you know to be false can make you liable for damages. If you're not sure whether material infringes, consider getting legal advice first.
