Refund and cancellation policy

Credits are returned automatically when a job fails

• Every generation shows its credit cost before you confirm.
• Credits are reserved when a job starts. If it fails or you cancel it before it runs, the reserved credits are returned to you automatically.
• If a job uses less than its estimate, you're only charged what it used and the rest is returned.

Credits and plan periods

• Each plan includes credits for its billing period. Unused credits don't roll over.
• The free trial lasts 7 days with 150 credits, needs no card, and is available once per person.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.

Cancelling

• Card and PayPal plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. To cancel, email info@ahl-techs.com from your account email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then doesn't renew.
• Bank-transfer plans don't renew automatically: they end at the end of the period you paid for.
• If a renewal payment is declined, access is paused until the payment goes through.

Refunds

• If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice), write to info@ahl-techs.com and we'll refund the duplicate payment.
• Other refund requests are reviewed one by one. Please write to info@ahl-techs.com within 14 days of the payment and tell us what went wrong.
• When a payment is refunded in full, the plan it paid for ends and its unused credits are removed.
• If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank, the plan it paid for ends and its unused credits are removed. Contacting us first is usually faster.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank-transfer refunds are made by bank transfer. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
