Terms of Service and Acceptable Use

Your account

• Give us an email address you control and keep your password safe.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• The free trial is for one person and is available once, as described on the pricing page.

Credits, plans and payment

• Generations use credits. Every generation shows its credit cost before you confirm, and nothing is unlimited.
• Card and PayPal plans renew monthly until cancelled; bank-transfer plans run for the period paid. Credits don't roll over and have no cash value.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Your content

• You keep the rights you have in your briefs, uploads and the videos you make. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
• Generated files are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically; download what you want to keep. See the privacy policy.
• AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review it before you publish; you're responsible for what you post.

Acceptable use

You may not use AIStudio to:

• impersonate a real person, or create realistic images, voices or videos of someone without their consent;
• upload material you don't have the rights to, or infringe anyone's copyright or trademarks (see our copyright policy);
• create sexual content involving minors, sexual content of real people, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred;
• create content designed to deceive, such as fake news presented as real events;
• break the law, or try to get around credit limits, rate limits or security measures, or access other people's accounts or data.

We may refuse a generation, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service

• We work to keep AIStudio available and accurate, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will reach any number of views.
• We don't post to your social media accounts; you publish your videos yourself.
• You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
