Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, the name you give us, and your password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
• What you create: project briefs, scripts, storyboards, characters, reference images you upload, saved ideas, and the images, voiceovers and videos generated for you.
• Billing records: your plan, credit balance and history, and payment records. Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal: we never see or store your card number. For bank transfers we keep the reference, the amount and the proof of payment you upload.
• Security data: to stop abuse we count sign-in and generation attempts. These counters are stored as one-way hashes, not as raw IP or email addresses.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in.

Why we use it

• To run your account and generate the content you ask for.
• To bill you correctly, show your credit usage and handle refunds.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To answer you when you contact us.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run AIStudio:

• hosting and database providers, which store your account and content;
• Stripe and PayPal, for payments;
• AI model providers, which receive the prompts and reference images needed for a generation you start;
• an email provider, for sign-up and account emails.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Generated media (images, voiceovers, clips and videos) is deleted automatically 7 days after it's generated. Download anything you want to keep before then; each file shows its expiry date.
• Projects, characters and reference images are kept until you delete them or close your account.
• Payment and credit records are kept for accounting and tax purposes, even after you close your account, without your name or email attached.

Your choices and rights

• Download your data: Settings → Your data → Download my data gives you a copy of everything in your account.
• Close your account: Settings → Close account deletes your projects, characters, uploads and generated files.
• Correct your details: update your name in Settings, or write to us.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict some uses. Write to info@ahl-techs.com and we'll help.

Children

AIStudio isn't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
